The resort hosts 3380 square meters of meeting and conference space. This include 760 square – meter Grand Ballroom I in Tharaphi Villa and another 760 square-meter Grand Ballroom II in Thazin Villa. Both Grand Ballroom is pillar-less and equipped with state of the art audio visual. It is the largest ballroom and meeting spaces in Nay Pyi Taw besides the Myanmar International Convention Center.
